What Data is Captured and can be Recovered

Overview

Control-C captures virtually all customer-owned financial data available through the Xero APIs across Accounting, Payroll, Projects and Fixed Assets. Where coverage is marked Partial, the underlying records are preserved, however certain metadata or audit information is not exposed by Xero for third-party access. Items marked Not Available are not currently accessible through Xero's public APIs and therefore cannot be captured by any backup provider. This transparency ensures customers understand exactly what is protected and where platform-imposed limitations exist.
